PRE-IMMERSION PREP CALL
We will meet virtually to discuss your goals, and get really clear on what you want to focus on, assess your current situation, and together create a plan for our day together.
ARRIVE:
Start the day with your fave coffee or juice to fuel you up before we dive in.
THE GUEST EXPERIENCE:
Based on what we discuss on your prep call, you’ll observe a client process from consult to checkout. This could include an extensions install, color application, haircut, and styling. Immerse yourself in client communication and working with an assistant.
THE SYSTEMS:
Learn the ins-and-outs of the business, including client communication, consults, pricing structures, inventory and more.
ONE-HOUR 1:1:
Spend an hour with Sara at the end of the day for troubleshooting, answering questions and diving deeper into the nuances.
POST-IMMERSION CALL
30 days after your immersion day, you'll meet with Sara to check in on your progress and keep you accountable.
